SUMMARY:Catan National Qualifier Preliminary Round
DESCRIPTION:Calling all settlers to a unique event. Game Point will be hosting a qualifier for the Catan National Championships to be held at the Origins Game Fair\, June 13-17\, 2018 in Columbus\, OH. This preliminary qualifier is the first step to winning it all. \nThe top 16 players from all of Game Point’s qualifiers will be invited back to Game Point on Sunday\, February 25th for the semi-final games. The top four finishers from that event will be awarded tickets to Tennessee Game Days\, March 9-11\, 2018. The final game will be held on Saturday during that event (time TBD). The winner of that game will be our representative to the National Championships and will receive: \n\n– Travel stipend to attend the Origins Game Fair in Columbus\, OH (to be provided by Game Point)\n– Origins Convention Registration (provided by Catan Studios\, LLC)\n– Hotel Accommodations (provided by Catan Studios\, LLC)\n– A Celebratory Dinner (provided by Catan Studios\, LLC)\n– And of course a seat at the table for the chance to be the Catan National Champion.\n\nTo reserve your seat\, complete the RSVP process below. All participants must be 18 years or older and a US citizen to compete (and must provide proof of such at registration). Registration will begin at 5:30 pm on the evening of the event and will cost $10.  \nAll participants will receive a $10 Game Point gift card and the top ten finishers will get special Catan-themed prizes. \nQuestions?
