DESCRIPTION:This Keyforge event will be a sealed event (pending product arrival – stay tuned for changes).  Each participant will be required to purchase a deck for the evening’s tournament and will use that deck for the duration of the event.  We also ask that players spend $5 in food or drink while playing as well.  Winners will get some promotional Keyforge materials and the champ for the night will also win a Game Point Gift Card (value based on number of players).  We will start taking signups at 6:30 pm and aim to start at 7 pm.  Come on out and forge some keys! \nAll Keyforge events at Game Point are now official Chainbound Events.  What does that mean?  It means that we will register each deck before play begins.  The results of the tournament are reported back to the Fantasy Flight servers and decks are handicapped based on how well they have done.  In essence\, this helps to create a fluid meta around the game.  So you’ll want to have downloaded the Keyforge app and have set up your personal account on the app before the tournament begins.  You can read more about the format on Fantasy Flight Keyforge Website.

DESCRIPTION:We will have a publisher representative on hand demoing a great new game from Alderac Entertainment Group – Tiny Towns!  This is a great game for adults and families a like.  From the publisher: \n2 to 6 players compete to build the most amazing Town. Each turn the “Master Builder” determines which resource will be produced\, and all the players gain one unit of that resource. Players can decide to use their resources to construct buildings according to the construction cards in play. Choose carefully! Where you build\, and what you build will determine how dense your Town will be and how many points it will score! At the end of the turn\, a new player becomes Master Builder. Play continues until every player’s Town is at max density\, and then each Town is scored to determine the winner. \nCome out and give it a try!  Plays from 2 to 6 people and lasts about 45 minutes!

SUMMARY:Keyforge Organized Play (Archon - Survival)
DESCRIPTION:This Keyforge event will be an Archon event using the Survival format.  Each participant will be required to bring two decks for the evening’s tournament.  At the start of the event\, they will rank those decks and play the first match will their first deck.  Whenever a player loses a round\, the deck they played with is “out” and cannot be used for the remainder of the tournament.  When a player no longer has decks remaining\, they are eliminated from the tournament. \nWe ask that players spend $5 in food or drink while playing.  Winners will get some promotional Keyforge materials and the champ for the night will also win a limited edition Game Point branded Keyforge deck.  We will start taking registrations at 6:30 pm and aim to start as soon as possible there after .  Come on out and forge some keys! \nWhile most Keyforge events at Game Point are official Chainbound Events.  This alternative format will not be an official Chainbound tournament\, so results will not be reported and your decks’ chains will not be affected.

SUMMARY:Draft and a Draft - War of the Spark
DESCRIPTION:Come out to Game Point for a Draft and a Draft – it’s a brand new set\, an exciting time to draft! \nWe start off with a Magic the Gathering booster draft\, then add on to that a beer from one of the many craft beers we have on tap (or a Kombucha or Nitro Coffee or . . . we have options).  Top that off with three rounds of Swiss with the deck you drafted\, each win getting you a bonus pack.  It all adds up to a fun\, fun night.  $20 (tax incl.) gets you the cards for the draft\, any prize packs\, and a draft beer (or alternative drink).  This event is 21 years and up. \nWe start registering people at 6:30 and aim to get started as soon as we can\, but come out a little early for casual pick up games while you wait!

First round will start shortly thereafter.  We ask that everyone playing plan to spend a minimum of $5 in food or drink.  Winners will get Keyforge promotional materials and the champ for the night will win a limited edition Game Point branded Keyforge deck! Hope you will still make plans to come out and forge some keys! \nAll Keyforge events at Game Point are now official Chainbound Events.  What does that mean?  It means that we will register each deck before play begins.  The results of the tournament are reported back to the Fantasy Flight servers and decks are handicapped based on how well they have done.  In essence\, this helps to create a fluid meta around the game.  So you’ll want to have downloaded the Keyforge app and have set up your personal account on the app before the tournament begins.  You can read more about the format on Fantasy Flight Keyforge Website.
