SUMMARY:Magic Monday: Draft and a Drink
DESCRIPTION:Our Magic drafting event is back.  Formerly known as Draft and a Draught – seem idea but with wider selection.  We start off with a Magic the Gathering booster draft\, then add on to that a beer or latte of your choice.  Top that off with three rounds of Swiss with the deck you drafted\, each match win getting you a bonus pack.  It all adds up to a fun\, fun night.  $20 (plus tax) gets you the cards for the draft\, any prize packs you win\, and your first drink. \nTonight’s format will be March of the Machine \nThis isn’t Wizard Play sanctioned and usually is pretty laid back – a great way to play some Magic\, especially if you haven’t played in a while.  Six people minimum for the draft.  We start gathering at 6 pm and registering people as soon as we have six folks.  Then we aim to get started as close to 6:30 pm as we can. Hope you’ll come join us!

DESCRIPTION:All skill levels are welcome at our monthly Chess Night at Game Point (first Tuesday of the month).  We’ll have a number of boards available for people to come in for a game.  In the before COVID times\, we had a number of people come in that had only played on the internet – and they commented how fun it was to play face to face.  You should be one of those faces! \nFor very new players\, one of our regulars won the 2020 Tennessee Open Amateur Division and would love to give some free lessons and pointers\, so come take advantage! \nChess Night happens monthly. Games happen throughout the night\, usually timed games (through chess timer phone apps).  We have a lot of sets\, so just show up\, order a drink\, and play!

DESCRIPTION:Tonight’s event will be a best of one\, Archon format.  You will need to bring our own Keyforge deck to the event.  Arrive by 6:30 pm to register your deck and sign in. First round will start shortly thereafter.  We ask that everyone playing plan to spend a minimum of $10 in food or drink.  We will have a prize for the winner and a randomly drawn prize from everyone playing. \nNew Players – if you are interested in Keyforge\, come on out!  Our Game Coach will be around to teach the game to you!  You don’t have to play in the tournament and the community is a welcoming one!
