Game Point is hosting it’s first ever Mah Jong Night*!  We’ve seen plenty of players in the cafe and want to give you all a night to come out, meet new people, and play!

We will have a several sets on hand, but feel free to bring one as well.  If you want to let us know you are coming (and your experience level), please drop an RSVP below, so we can plan for the crowd. There’s no fee to play at Game Point, but we ask that everyone plan to purchase food and drink to allow us to keep these events happening!

Brand New to the Game? For those really looking to get into Mah Jong, we are excited to have The MahjChick on hand!  You can sign up below to reserve one of four spots at a table for a three hour Mah Jong lesson from this seasoned pro (cost: $45 (cash/Venmo))! MahjChick will also have the National MahJongg League cards available for purchase ($15 cash/Venmo). Here’s a little bit about her background:

Come challenge your brain, give yourself a break from screens and technology, by learning the exciting game of American Mah Jongg, with me, The MahjChick!  I’ll provide detailed step by step instructions, using rules issued by the National Mah Jongg League. I am a stickler for rules. Every rule is fully explained and exercised in game play. Every game is a new challenge and will force you to think, analyze and test your decision making skills. Great way to connect with the local community and make new friends!
Never played before and can’t do a lesson tonight? Game Point prides itself on being a welcoming place – our game coaches can show you an intro to the game so that you can decide if you want to dive deeper into the Mah Jong experience!
*Most (all?) of the people in attendance will be playing American Mah Jong, but if you have four people playing Chinese style and want to come out and play together – go for it!

I'm Coming - Beginner Let us know that you're coming! This RSVP is for people that have played Mah Jong before but are still learning. We will have some sets on hand, but feel free to bring one along!
4 available Reserve a Lesson Spot This is to reserve your lesson spot with the Mahjchick. Limited to four people. The Mahjchick will provide a three hour lesson to a table of four to learn all about this popular game! (Cost: $45 to be paid on site)
I'm Coming - Experience Player Let us know that you're coming! This RSVP is for those that are fairly experienced at Mah Jong and looking for some players of similar experience.
